Kick Your Career Into Gear

About me

During the pandemic, I was lucky enough to keep my full-time job, and like many others who had the privilege to work from home, I decided to invest my free time in two of my deepest passions: photography and recruiting. This is how I started doing one-to-one online sessions during the weekends about resume reviews, and interview preparations.

It was through this experience that I confirmed recruiting was more than just a job, it was my true passion.

Over the next years, life took me on unexpected journeys. I left my beloved Peru, moved to Spain to pursue a master's degree in Human Resources and Talent Development, and settled in Barcelona. Along the way, I met my now fútbol-obsessed husband, and we found ourselves dividing time between Spain and Ireland before finally moving to Stockholm in January 2025.

Along this path, between ups and downs, the only constant was the love for my job.
